We want you to love your purchase from TatteredBrim.com. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging
  • Free of odors, stains, or signs of wear

Please note: Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. All Hats are final sale as well.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at tatteredbrim@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us to initiate an exchange. We recommend placing a new order for faster service, and we’ll refund your original order once we receive the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no additional cost.
